happy

Words cannot express how happy I am right now. Things seem to finally be going well. I'm hearing a couple of rumors, but I won't gossip just yet...I will wait until I can say things with a degree of certainty.

Add to that the fact that the (sometimes very) annoying author has been inspired about me once again and I am almost buzzing with her excitement.

Though, I wonder if she has yet realized there's only so many hours in the day, and it's going to be hard for her to work on multiple stories, school, and homework on any given day... Well, if she hasn't, I'm not going to be the one to burst that bubble for her... I'm greedy enough that I will just let her run ragged and maybe finish up some more stories about me, first...

Can you blame me?

Late again...

My posting is late. But I suppose I won't be too hard on my poor author. She just started a semester and had an exam yesterday.
(Truth be told, I'm just happy to be given computer time right now! The woman is insane! Walking around muttering to herself a never-ending to do list...)
I couldn't help noticing I still don't have a blog button on my tiny little corner of her website yet either. Am I going to have to threaten her with brackets?!
Though I could be talked into letting her slide on her responsibilities toward me if she promises me a massage (or three). She isn't the only one stressed out about life. And I'm almost willing to bet Murphy hasn't forgotten about his battles with me.

a little late

Well, this entry is a little late because things are just so busy.
The weather here is cold, the type of weather where I don't want to get out of bed or do anything. But I always do...mostly because right now there's no sexy furnace in my bed coaxing me to remain.
I couldn't help but notice that my link wasn't up yet either. I'm very seriously considering boycotting...but then it would give her free time...
I must think on what I will do to pay her back for this oversight. Meanwhile, I also have to figure out how to get Sally to make her special triple chocolate chip cookies again...
I think I deserve them. Though if I don't get back on my workout routine soon, I will have to go shopping again, and not for anything cute or fun!!!

Well, she finally did it. She got the website redone like she's been saying she wanted to do. But does that mean that I actually got a link on my page--I'm down to one page! Oh the humanity!--for the blog I get to write?
Yeah, I don't get to write mine as much as she works on hers, but hey, at this point I'm just happy to be able to work on it at all!
So thanks to my new recent depression, I have to try to double up on my workouts. I was seeing results and then...well, you know what happened. If I don't take control of my life again and start to exercise soon, I'm not going to be able to fit in my clothes soon!

But for now, what I have to focus on is how to get her to put a button up for MY blog...

New Year

My next season is in progress but not going as smoothly as I would have liked. It seems that my author is feeling the  pressures of so many stories...
How do I force her to spend time working on my story above anyone else's?
What can I say that won't give too much away?
Cindy is becoming a great friend, we're talking on the phone pretty regularly these days. I'm thankful for her friendship, especially since Bryna and I had a falling out... But that's a story for another blog.
As always, my new years goals are to lose weight, and to try to find a way to stop sticking my foot in my mouth at the worst possible time.
